In a significant milestone for international technology collaboration, Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai, officially launched Preckon, an AI-native construction intelligence platform developed by Canadian and Indian entrepreneurs to accelerate the digital transformation of the Middle East’s construction industry.City & Local Guides
The launch marked Preckon’s official entry into the UAE market and was strategically facilitated by Sundeep Kumar Makthala, whose end-to-end support in stakeholder engagement, ecosystem partnerships, branding, government outreach and market-entry strategy helped establish the company’s regional expansion roadmap.
Preckon was co-founded by Sreedhar Gonepally, CEO & Co-Founder of AIGCC LLC-FZ and President of the Canada Chapter of the World Telugu IT Council (WTITC), along with Uma Mahesh Mukkara, technology entrepreneur and Co-Founder of Preckon.
