New Delhi: The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Friday submitted a sealed status report before the Rouse Avenue Court regarding the alleged role of DLF in the money-laundering case linked to the Shikohpur land deal in Gurugram, involving Robert Vadra and 10 other accused.
Special Judge Sushant Changotra directed the ED to file a fresh status report on the progress of the investigation before the next hearing. The matter has been listed for August 21.
The ED filed the sealed status report relating to the ongoing investigation. The court observed that the report specifically pertains to the probe into DLF's role in the alleged money laundering case and directed the agency to submit an updated status report before the next date of hearing.
